Soquel, California

Soquel (pronounced /soʊˈkɛl/) is a census-designated place in Santa Cruz County. It was named after the local Native American tribe, the Soquel Indians. Soquel is a quiet and small community located within close distance to the Pacific Ocean and the city of Capitola with its fantastic beaches and many different attractions.
